Diana LUU: Linkedin’s Diversity & Belonging Strategy

Diana Luu is certainly a Nexter. We talked with her about diversity. As the Global Lead of LinkedIn’s Women’s Initiative Investment (WiN) program, she plays an active role in LinkedIn’s inclusive workforce culture. WIN is an initiative to increase the number of women in leadership positions and to promote a culture where every employee can thrive and reach their fullest potential. Diana is also the Executive Sponsor of LinkedIn Canada’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) Council, which strives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. Clearly she has a passion to help build a company culture that fosters employee growth and success for everyone.

Diana has been with LinkedIn Canada for 10 years, holding a number of leadership roles. Her current responsibilities include shaping and executing the growth strategy for the company’s Marketing Solutions business in the Canadian market and Technology Vertical in North America.
