BRAG MOMENT: Just an initial plug for MARYLAND since Jim Henson was a University of Maryland GRAD -- WAY TO GO, JIM! Based on traffic patterns/increase in accidents and smog alerts, this does not mean I want you to move to the DC area.

STAYING THE DISTANCE: OK... to the greater point of "Staying the distance."
Type A Personality: When I clicked on about three of Jim Henson's characters and saw only movement but heard no sound, I gave up/lost interest. Why? I don't have time. Tell me upfront what you want. Don't anticipate/beat around the bush that I can figure out what you need and can read between the lines.

Type B Personality: My husband, thought, -- even before he clicked on his Redskins fantasy football picks on Facebook -- clicked on ALL and saw what happened after clicking on the SIXTH character. He made the time and shared with me the outcome. And... we laughed out loud together.

LESSONS LEARNED: Right or wrong/lessons learned... We have to realize that there are many types of individuals. How do you know if Type A personalities are marketing/creating the resources for Type A/Type B personalities and vice versa? When was the last time you just laughed out loud with somebody else.

SPANNING CREATIVITY: Since I joined the library/information profession/knowledge management world many moons ago, I have always been on the "what are you doing NOW" edge. What I've worried about the most, though, is that I've gotten caught up in the "what am I doing NOW" syndrome of importance to the "just being." Sometimes we just need to be and find the things that we LOVE doing. Creativity and innovation flourishes when we MAKE the time to love, laugh, and evolve in the areas that interest us the most.

PASSIONS: So let us know.... What makes you passionate? What keeps you going?
