It great to see an article on environmental scanning in SLA‘s Information Outlook 09/08, Environmental Scanning:  A Different Kind of Competency. Environmental scanning is such necessary skill in a fast changing world and there isn’t a great deal of practical information about the process so it’s great to see this article  Also check out our earlier post.
